Currently serving as the director of the Glenn Korff School of Music at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Felix Olschofka has been named the new director of the Hugh Hodgson School of Music at the University of Georgia’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, effective August 1, 2026.

An evening of masterworks...Wagner’s overture the opera  Rienzi and French impressionist Lili Boulanger. Brahms’ first symphony is sometimes called  “Beethoven’s 10th.”
