The Tuva are the people of southern Suberia; Tuvan throat singing is a musical form that has flourished for centuries in central Asia.

The University of Georgia Symphony, Chorus and Concert Choir will be performing Sunday Nov. 8 at 3:30 p.m. in the Gothic abbey of the Monastery of the Holy Spirit in Conyers. The program for the concert will include music written by Handel and Haydn.
