Hodgson Wind Ensemble opens its season and invites you to Dance!

Let's Dance!, the Hodgson Wind Ensemble's first performance of the 2019-20 season is a fun, uplifting, celebration of dance from a variety of cultures and contexts. Come stomp your feet to dance tunes from Cajun to Krumping and join us in the "Tweet Seats" to interact with the music in real time! 

 

The Hodgson Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Cynthia Johnston Turner, is the premiere performing ensemble of UGA Bands, having garnered an international reputation for its artistry, precision, sensitivity, and musicianship.  The performance is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in Hodgson Concert Hall.  The concert is ticketed through the UGA Performing Arts Center ($3-12; available online: https://pac.uga.edu/; or by phone: 706.542.4400).
