Marlee Van Mullekom

HHSOM Ambassador

Marlee Van Mullekom is a third year choral music education major from Blacksburg, Virginia. She is a mezzo-soprano in Dr. Knight’s studio. As an active member of the HHSOM community, Marlee has sung in several ensembles including Women’s Glee Club, African American Choral Ensemble, Repertory Singers, Opera Chorus, and Hodgson Singers. Marlee is an active member of ACDA, CNAfME, and GMEA. Marlee has also held several leadership positions within the Choral Department and currently serves as vice president of UGACDA. Marlee is also an intern for the Georgia Children’s Chorus (in residence at the Hugh). Outside of the school of music, Marlee is a staff singer at Athens First United Methodist and a graphic design intern for the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. Marlee is thrilled to represent the HHSOM as a student ambassador.
